House Rules

• Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning services will be liable for any resulting costs and expenses.

• Guests may not book a reservation within their own place of residence in Göppingen. Please contact us if you would like to book in your own hometown.

•Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed in the apartment or in the shared areas (e.g. hallways). Smoking is only permitted on the private balcony. Violations of the smoking policy will incur a €250 fee plus the cost of special cleaning and repairs.

•Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

• The number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the reservation. We charge €50 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.

• Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in an additional cleaning fee. Guests traveling with service animals are kindly asked to contact us prior to their stay. • Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys or remotes.

• Noise monitoring devices may be installed in the apartment to detect excessive volume levels. Video surveillance may be installed in common areas.

• Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the property and its contents. All damages must be reported to our customer service.

• By booking a reservation, guests agree to comply with the house rules. Failure to comply may result in charges for damages, fees, or expenses and may lead to the immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the property without a refund. Note on the Use of the Free Parking Spot

• If guests wish to use the free parking space, they must provide their vehicle’s license plate number to customer service no later than 72 hours before arrival.

• Parking is only allowed for the duration of the stay – that is, from 3:00 PM on the check-in day until 10:00 AM on the check-out day.

• Entry and exit to the parking garage is managed by an automatic license plate recognition system. If there are issues with the barrier when entering or exiting, do not press the ticket button. Instead, use the intercom on the column to speak to a parking staff member. If guests take a ticket despite this, they will be responsible for any resulting parking fees.

• Parking is only permitted on levels P3 and P4. Vehicles must only be parked in unreserved spaces that are not explicitly marked for third-party use. Please do not park on levels P1 or P2.
