📄 Terms and Conditions

By booking a stay at Lovely Nest in Göppingen, guests agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking 

A reservation is confirmed only after the payment has been received according to the stated conditions. 

2. Check-in and Check-out

Self check-in is available from 15:00.

Check-out must be completed by 10:00 on the day of departure.

Late check-out upon request and availability; fees may apply.

3. Apartment & House Rules

The apartment is for residential use only and must be treated with care.

No parties, events, or unregistered guests allowed. 

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and inside the house. A €250 fine applies for violations.

Smoking is allowed only on the private balcony.

Please respect quiet hours between 12:30 - 14:00 and  between 19:30 and 7:30.  On Sundays and public holidays, special consideration must be given to the need for rest of the other residents in the building.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment, to the house or its contents.

 4. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will be charged 100% of the first night.

In case of no-show, the entire reservation is subject to cancellation without refund for remaining nights. 

  5. Keys & Access

Lost keys or access devices will incur a replacement fee (€50+). Please return all access items upon departure.

6. Damages & Liabilities

Guests are liable for any damage caused during their stay.

7. Local Taxes

Prices include VAT. City tax (if applicable) is charged separately or included in the booking platform.
